Treat your cabinetry as you would any fine furniture purchase. There are a number of products available for cleaning your wood cabinets, but we’ve found that mild soap and water does the job. It’s economical, environmentally friendly and it’s the cleaning product of choice in our factory. When finished washing, dry completely and apply a silicone-free polish. No we do not.

• Our doors are made specifically for our cabinets, we able to replace doors on previously installed Huggy Bear Cabinets only, not other cabinet lines,

• We provide cabinet installation in the Vancouver, Washington, & Portland, Oregon Metro Area only. If  you are located outside of this area, installation would be provided through our Dealer Network. Please go to our Locate a Dealer. 

• This depends on the type of cabinets you want. Once we have received a ‘Order Confirmation’ (finalizing all the drawings, measurements, agreements, and sign off documentation) from that point some of our projects can be produced in as little as 4 weeks, and depending on the intricacy can take up to 7-15 weeks. Your Huggy Bear Cabinets designer will be able to provide a more specific range of time based on your project. Like most high quality products the extra attention to detail is well worth the time. The important thing to remember is that the sooner we start, the sooner you can be enjoying your finished cabinetry. Remember to contact us early in the planning stages of your project to ensure that you will get your cabinets when you need them….lead times vary throughout the year.

• Yes, we offer a 10 year limited warranty that sets the standard for excellence in the industry. Our research shows that 60% of cabinet manufacturers do not appear to offer any warranty on their websites. Be cautious. A good warranty speaks volumes to the kind of company that stands behind their product.

No, we do not sell unfinished cabinets. Huggy Bear Cabinets has some of the highest quality finishes in the industry with a wide variety to choose from.

If we do not have a Authorized Dealer in your area then you may choose a trade professional – Remodeler, architect, interior designer, builder. Decide who will work as part of your team. Let them know you want Huggy Bear Cabinets installed and we will be happy to work with them on your project.

The Manufacturer, Model Name and Model Number can be found printed or etched on the hinge. You may need to remove the hinge completely, as some manufacturers place this information in the hinge surface that is applied to the cabinet. Once you have compiled this information, please contact the respective manufacturer below.
