CABINET CONSTRUCTION

Depending on your choice of interior Hayden Bay Overlay cabinets (top, bottom, and bulkheads) are either 1/2" MDF(Medium Density Fiberboard) or 1/2" plywood and backs are 1/4". All shelves are 3/4". Drawers are dovetailed 3/4" solid wood and the drawer guides 3/4 extension with MDL interior and full extension with plywood interior.

Face frames are made from 3/4" hardwood. The stiles are 1-1/4" and the rails are 1-1/2". Base cabinet top rails are 2" or 1-1/4" depending on the rail selected.

INTERIOR

The options for interiors for Hayden Bay Overlay cabinets are either White Melamine, Maple Print Melamine, Prefinished Clear Plywood, or Matching plywood (painted, oak, etc.) to match the door style.

Drawer boxes are 3/4" dovetailed hardwood.
